LAW AND GRACE. VI

The main reason why it is crucial to understand the concept of Law and Grace is because of the antecedents of the original misadventure of souls on the spiritual plane. We broached and explained it many times in this blog. 

Notwithstanding, it is still imperative to continue to remind ourselves, occasionally, why we ended up in flesh in order to reinforce the need to work harder, to stop further material incarnations. 

This is the only way to actualize the original intention of the Creative Forces when souls were created--for us to be their companions on the spiritual plane. As usual, the choice is personal. We defer to the Akashic for the reminder.

...When the earth became a dwelling place for matter, when gases formed into those things that man sees in nature and in activity about him, then matter began its ascent in the various forms of physical evolution...in the mind of God! The spirit chose to enter (celestial, not an earth spirit--he hadn't come into the earth yet!), chose to put on, to become a part of that which was as a command not to be done.

Then those so entering must continue through the earth until the body-mind is made perfect for the soul, or the body celestial again.  262-99

The original sin, to be discussed in a future post, stems from: 

The spirit chose to enter (celestial, not an earth spirit--he hadn't come into the earth yet!), chose to put on, to become a part of that which was as a command not to be done.

We  had shown, in earlier posts, further evidence on this issue. God The Creative Forces' main intention in creating souls was for companionship. After willing Amilius into being, the process of creation--by God and Amilius--commenced. Hence, most Holy Books use the terms We/Us, especially when talking about God and creation.

Free will was--and still remains--the birthright of all souls you and I from the moment we were willed into existence. From above record, our first act was to to become a part of that which was as a command not to be done. Lucifer led the insurrection.


The onus is now on each soul to exercise the same birthright--used to disobey the Creative Forces in the beginning--to make amends. By spiritual law, the amends have to be executed in flesh. After all we forced ourselves into materiality. 

God does not need any physical gifts or offerings. Gone are the days for such. The completion of the mission of Jesus, the Christ, terminated such misinformed practices--offering physical sacrifices to atone for shortcomings.

He said: God is a spirit and has to be worshipped in the same medium. Simply put, our thoughts, words and deeds need to conform to the God's standard requirement for the material plane. What are those standards?  

The Law!--you must love thy God with all thy heart, thy body and thy soul; and love thy neighbor as thyself. This requirement is not complicated. Nevertheless, it is not achievable in one earthly incarnation. Hence, the Master made thirty earthly incarnations!  

Adherence to The Law, or otherwise, is the spiritual standard used to judge individual thoughts, words and deeds. We brought this on ourselves. How? By, ab initio,  choosing to satisfy self. To ignore The Law, after being privy to it is a tough path to maintain.  

Put simply, now that you know, the benefit of the doubt will gradually cease to apply. The only way to make amends is to, from now, try to align your will with the Divine's. Rome was not built in a day. The Father does not expect a sudden transformation. Take it one step at a time.


The Master showed us how, when He famously, and tellingly, said: Father, let this cup pass from me. However, not my but Thine be done. For any soul to start the process of reducing the pains associated with trying to force our will on issues, endeavor to pray as the Master did in all circumstances.

Let the light of the  love of the Christ guide be our guide in all activities. 

LAW & GRACE. III

Still on the theme: Law and Grace, we place at your disposal more evidence of why Christ is the only guarantee for coverage under grace and mercy. 

Notwithstanding, any soul is free to go it alone--remember our birthright freewill. Unfortunately, the task becomes onerous because the attendant sacrifice in such a decision is very painful.

On the other hand, it is not enough to acknowledge believe in Christ as the Savior by rote. You have to practice and know it through application--place all your problems in Him and believe He has the solution.

Little by little, you become aware of the facts. From this, you advance from one who believes to who knows! He has experienced whatever bothers you. He was in flesh thirty times. There is no pain He does not know how it feels.

Also, The Law has to be followed, umpteenth mention! In addition to undivided love for The Father, one has to manifest the love and mercy being sought in interactions with fellow humans. As the Akashic notes: 

You'll not be in heaven if you're not leaning on the arm of someone you have helped.  3352-1

All the issues broached above are best seen from the perspectives left on the skein of time The Book of Records:

Man may not have the same idea. Man--all men--may have the same Ideal not the one idea, but "Thou shalt love the Lord Thy God with all thy heart, thine neighbor as thy self." This is the whole law.  3976-8

There is one ideal-- that which manifests in the earth in Christ-Jesus. That should be every entity's ideal--physically, mentally, materially...For, He Is the light, He Is the way, He Is the Truth.  2533-7     

Without the ability to constantly hold before self the ideal as is attempted to be accomplished, man becomes as one adrift.  239-1

Whatsoever an entity, an individual, sows, that must he also reap. That as law cannot be changed. As to whether one meets it in the letter of the law or in mercy, in grace, becomes the choice of the entity. If one would have mercy, grace, love, friend, one must show self in such a manner to those whom one becomes associated. For like begets like.  5001-1

Karmic influences must ever be met, but He has prepared a way that takes them upon Himself, and as ye trust in Him, He shows thee the way to meet the hindrances or the conditions that would disturb thee in any phase of thy experience. For karmic forces are: What is meted must be met. If they are met in Him that is the Maker, the Creator of all that exists in manifestation, as He has promised, then not in blind faith is it met--but by the deeds and the thoughts and the acts of the body, that through Him the conditions may be met day by day. Thus He bought every soul that would trust in Him. For, since the foundations of the world He has paved the ways, here and there entering into the experience of man's existence that He may know every temptation that might beset man in all of his ways. Then in that as the Christ He came into the earth, fulfilling then that which makes Him that channel, that we making ourselves a channel through Him may--with the boldness of the Son--approach the Throne of mercy and grace and pardon.  442-3        

But He is the light, as ye have seen in thine experience--yea in thine experiences through the earth ye, too, have seen the light and lost thy way. And even as He put on flesh that He, too, might know the ways of the flesh, of the desires, of the urges that have wrought in the experiences of men that blindness of self-glory, self-indulgence or self-aggrandizement that has led many astray, even with the forces of Divine at times working through them. For the Spirit is willing, the flesh is weak. And the strength, the influence, the force and power, is by that trust, that faith in Him . . .(1301-1)

In sacrifice there is penance, but grace doth more greatly abound to him who sheds the love of the Father upon those that the body may contact from day to day.  99-8

WHY ARE WE IN FLESH? VI

In our last discussion, the status of Amilius as the first creation of The One was established. Their joint operation in the creation of the universe, including the earth plane, and establishment of spiritual and natural laws was also noted or alluded to. 

They collaborated to create all souls in one fell swoop. No souls were created after the first and only time souls were willed into existence produced. By the way, there are other planes necessary for the evolution of souls in the journey back to the Creator. 

They include: Mercury, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Uranus. Every condition that exists on the physical plane has a pattern and equivalent in the spiritual realm. 

In Why Are We Flesh? IV, the Akashic informed us of how the various thought forms of the rebelling souls so indulged in self-aggrandizement that God's purpose of creating humans was derailed. It says:

...with those various things that Thought Forms had so indulged in as to separate the purpose of God's creation of man as man – not as animal. (2072-8)

Additionally, the post alluded to a rebellion led by Lucifer and his lieutenant Ariel. Recall in particular:

Due to the power at their disposal, souls led by Lucifer and his lieutenant Ariel led a rebellion. What was this nature of this uprising? Using the powers at their disposal contrary to The ONE's will. How was it executed? Projecting selfish desires into thought forms. Where? In spirit. And what were the consequences?

As well, the fact that thoughts are things was mentioned. Thoughts flash through our minds constantly. The way we handle them leads to what may be termed self-fulfilling prophecy or an opportunity to manifest the will of the Universal Forces. Mind is the builder and, generally, what your mind dwells upon it fabricates first on the spiritual realm. 

Recall from above: Every condition that exists on the physical plane has a pattern and equivalent in the spiritual realm. Hence, uncontrolled thoughts could build conditions that are to be met in the material. Thoughts that elicit fear have higher potentials for such.

All thoughts held by souls on the earth plane register as objects on the spiritual skein of records. This is how the Book of Remembrance is maintained! Most of such objects on the spiritual archive have to be met in a lifetime on earth. 

Moreover, all thoughts and experiences in all planes of consciousness can only be played out in physicality; for the earth material plane is the only testing laboratory for the entire system of realms of consciousness. What can one do to limit the dangers inherent in fleeting and uncontrolled thoughts? 

In our discussion so far, the Book of Records has repeatedly stated that souls' utilization of their god-like powers for self-aggrandizement led to humans' entanglement in matter and why we are in flesh! The Akashic recommends a specific prayer to deal with fear inducing thoughts.  

Not my will but thine, O God, be done in and through me. 

Fear is a sign of separation from the source. Allowing the will of the The One to prevail will gradually erase all sediments of fear.
 
Besides, we touched on the separation of souls from the Source God and the collection of spiritual dross from the initial rebellion original sin. Those initial impurities and additions, thereon, from other manifestations in matter earthly incarnations need to be vanished before each entity reconnects to the source again. The additions are from three sources: thoughts, words and deeds.    

On purpose, details about creation and nature of the rebellion have been sketchy. From the next post, we shall flesh up the events mentioned and share more on the journey of our souls up to the present. Please, go back, read and ponder on what has been discussed so far.

WHY ARE WE IN FLESH? I

Humans proffer multifarious explanations on why we are here on earth and in flesh. They form the skeleton of many religions and philosophies. The presentation here is from the Book of Records. 

Based on where we are in this journey, suffice it to state the following:

• When some souls forcibly incarnated in materiality and were stuck, a group of souls, then still in the spiritual realm, volunteered to manifest in flesh to bail out their kindred who wandered out of the abode of the Creator.
• The volunteers, on donning flesh, could not overcome the imperfections associated with materiality flesh and blood. Nevertheless, they  introduced the reality of a Creator to the rebelling souls humans.
• The ideas and teachings of the volunteering souls form the bases of many traditions on creation and the worship of The One God. In addition, forces from the spiritual plane over time reveal information to channels on the issue of mans' relationship with and to God. 

With the benefit of the Akashic Sacred Book of Records, we can now stitch a composite of the events which led to appearance of humans on earth. For sure, this was not God's plan when He willed souls into existence.

Understanding the history will aid spiritual growth and the quest to live according to the precepts of The Master.

What does the Akashic have for us?

In the beginning was the Word, the Word was God, the Word was with God. “HE MOVED”. Hence as He moved, souls portions of Himself came into being. (263-13)

Before that the entity was among those when the forces of the Universe came together, when upon the waters there was the sound of the coming together of THE SONS OF GOD – The morning stars sang together, and over the face of the waters there was the voice of the glory of the coming of the planes for man's indwelling. (341-1)

Before that we find the entity  (5056) was in the Atlantean land, and in those periods BEFORE ADAM was in the earth.  The entity was among those who were the THOUGHT PROJECTIONS...

In that particular experience, there still were those who were physically entangled in the animal kingdom, with the appendages, with cloven hoofs, with four legs, with portions of trees, with tails, with scales, with those various things that Thought Forms had so indulged in as to separate the purpose of God's creation of man as man – not as animal. (2072-8)

Some brought about monstrosities, as those of its associations with beasts of various characters. Hence, those of the styx, satyr, and the like; those of the sea, or mermaids; those of the unicorn, and those of various forms. (364-10)

Among those who first came into the earth's sphere, before it became habitable to human life. Only then, as vision, did the entity view the earth's sphere, and passed to the other spheres about the earth. (228-2)

Then the earth brought forth seed in her season, and man appeared in five places at once – the five senses, the five reasons, the five spheres, the five developments, the five nations. (5748-1)

Q. Did the appearance of what became the five races occur simultaneously?

A. Occurred at once.

Q. Are the places designated for the beginning of the five races correct?

A. As we find – those in the Gobi, the yellow; the white in the Carpathians; the red in the Atlantean and in the American; the brown in the Andean; the black plain and Sudan or in the African. (364-13)

Q. Please explain the statement given in Genesis, “In six days God made the heaven and the earth!”

A. That each may interpret this according to his own comprehension, let each become aware of the power of the Father in His manifestations in the earth. When it is considered (as was later given, or WRITTEN even before this was written) that “a thousand years is as but a day and a day as but a thousand years in the sight of the Lord,” then it may be comprehended that this was colored by the writer's desire to express to the people the power of the Living God – rather than a statement of six days as man comprehends days in the present. Not that such was an impossibility, but rather that men should be impressed by the omnipotence of that they were called on to worship as God. (262-57) 

For did the Master Jesus come by chance? Or was it not according to the preparation made from the very foundations of the world? For as another has indicated, “Without Him there was not anything made that was made.” When ye, as a soul-entity, in the beginning sought companionship with God, losing that companionship with God, losing by choice of that which would satisfy or gratify a material desire only, ye as the Master did, entered again and again, ye come to fulfill the law, the law that brought thy soul into being to be one with Him. (3645)

...IT IS A NATURAL LAW, as has been indicated by the projection of mind into matter, and thus making of itself a separation to become encased in same – as did man (in the beginning.) Then, in that there had been an encasement was there a beginning. Then there must be an end when this must be – or may be – broken; and this began at that particular period. (5749-8)

Though it might take a lifetime to meditate on the above facts, see you later!

WHAT IS GOD? WHO IS GOD? WHERE IS GOD? (3)

Theorists  and scientists can come up with a thousand and one reasons why, due to no prompting, the Big Bang--emergence of the universe as a singularity--just came about. Or push for the recognition of Einstein's static-spacetime paradigm. 

Until they advert their minds to the validity of information retrieved from the Akashic by Edgar Cayce on the subject, their efforts will be circular movements. 

Science relied on the intuitive theory of the atom before an apparatus to observe it was invented. Is it asking for too much to counsel reliance on a yet to be demonstrated Creator of the universe?

Equally, religions--relying on literal interpretations of spiritual realm symbols--decreed the sequence of the origin of life. Unfortunately, the fragmented stories defy common sense natural order and are contrary to records on the spirit plane. Nature operates on the principle of evolution. 

A seed planted today goes through the processes necessary before producing yields. Put differently, gestation is part and parcel of nature. Hence, the idea of sudden creation would generate skepticism and derision.

As such, philosophies and religion contain elements of truth about the matter. However, they fall short of what the Book of Records recorded. In due course, we shall relate the imprints on The Book of Life about the beginnings of life. 

The confusion stems from fragments of the past embedded in each soul. As past co-equals of the spirit realm with The One, something inside us feels it is powerful enough to call the shots. 

However, misuse of the powers hitherto granted us landed us rebelling souls in materiality flesh and blood. The Akashic puts it succinctly:

When this first cause comes into man's experience in the present realm he becomes confused, in that he appears to have an influence upon this force or power in directing same. Certainly! Much, though, in the manner as the reflection of light in a mirror. For, it is only reflected force that man may have upon those forces that show themselves in the activities, in whatever realm into which man may be delving in the moment...

ANGELS, ARCHANGELS & MASTERS OF THE SPIRIT REALM

In continuation of the theme on the initial manifestation of souls on the earth plane, lets look at what The One fashioned to deal with the uprising of His creation. For an update or to catch up on the gist, so far, on the topic read.  

Sacred texts were recorded by adepts for two types of audience. One is the profane general public and the other is students on the path initiates. Students on the part are individuals who, through free will, choose to study mans' relationship with The One. 

The Master was a student on the path.  The will of The One must always be done. The terms God, Creative Forces, The Father, The One, The Source etc. refer to one reality - The Creator. 

Christ obeyed and still obeys the Father's will. God's intention was to have a would-be interlocutor  in flesh and blood on the earth's plane experience all earthly scenarios. Why? You shall soon find out.

Laws that sustain the universe were willed into existence by God at creation. A special set of rules was also willed for souls humans when we forced our way into the physical dimension. 

The skeleton of the rules is tripartite: cause, effect and purpose. The rules include a medium of interaction for the essence of each individual - the soul - with the spirit realm. For impartial operation and application of the regulations, the spirit ascertains the intent of thoughts, words and deeds. 

The rules for interaction of humans on earth is called the Law. Individual actions are gauged against the standards of the Law. However, ignorance of the law could be a mitigating factor. Jesus, the man, used this as the guiding principle of all His actions while on the earth plane. 

Knowledge of the Law and acting contrariwise is why souls continue to incarnate on the earth plane to master the Laws. Ultimately, the onus is on each soul to search for and apply the Law to all thoughts, words and deeds. The bottom line is that God The Law operates all the time impartially.  

Our actions determine how the Law affects us. Ignorance of this reality leads the profane to claim God is on our side on mundane issues. You can see why The One is said to be impartial. Inspite of these, 

God has not willed that any soul should perish. He has with every temptation, every trial, every disappointment made a way of escape or correcting same. It is not a way of justification only by faith, but a way to know, to realize that in these disappointments, separations, there comes the assurance that He cares.

Another part of the law is do not judge what you have not experienced or known. Hence, the Will that Christ experience flesh and blood over and over before assuming the title: The Way to the Father.  

Angels and archangels are part of the Law, in some sense. They are part of the interaction medium. The profane mind utilizes one method to relate to spiritual concepts. Anthropomorphize all spiritual entities! As such, God is perceived as an old gray-haired and gray-bearded Man sitting on a throne some where in the sky! 

Likewise, angels and archangels are regarded as humans with little wings. In actuality, manifestations in the spirit dimension can be best described as forces or energies. Force is preferred  because Life Force is what sustains us. They are perceptible on the earth plane for those who attune to their frequency.

Due to the circumstances of their creation, angels and archangels are incapable of merging with The One. Angels are governed by divine laws. Man, on the other hand, is lower than angels by choice - rebellion. However, you can return to the original state of man - being a part of the Creative Forces.

Returning to the original state is the objective of leading a Christ-Based spiritual life. That is why He is called The Way. The easiest and foolproof  path to re-attain  our god-like status is to follow His precepts. There is nothing dogmatic or religious about His teachings.

We all have what may be loosely called guardian angels. They enter when a soul takes possession of a physical body. Some souls do this prior to delivery. Others wait until after delivery. It is impossible to say when this event occurs from a human perspective. 

The reliance on date and time of birth fails to account for this pivotal event. Notwithstanding, the will, especially if made one with the divine, supplants any astrological tendencies. Astrological influences and the roles they play, if any and why, shall be explained in future posting(s).

A guardian angel meets with its charge - in the spirit realm - when the latter considers an earth incarnation. They agree on what lessons, based on sojourns in intervening realms and past earth lives, need to be addressed. 

A pact is reached and the Creative Forces enable the process by creating a body. However, the soul is free to decide otherwise at any time. If it happens after the soul had incarnated in flesh, the individual is said to go against his ideal. An ideal can be switched to The Ideal by human will! 

In addition, the guardian angel and its ilk do provide the mental energy and spiritual energy for the actualization of the tasks on the physical plane. If allowed, it will guide, guard and protect. Recall parts of Psalm 91: 

10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.  

Your guardian angel also serves as your soul's spokesman before The Throne of Power, Might, Grace and Mercy. Though no man, including The Master, has ever seen the Father - for He is spirit - the lines of communication with Him are eternally open. The condition pre-requisite for the guardian angel's duty is the maintenance of the individual's Ideal.

When the Ideal is set Him Christ, who set and showed the way, nothing is impossible. It does not mean the end of trying periods. This is not because of righteousness. For righteousness is an impossible proposition for any soul encased in flesh. 

Rather, it is through the grace of God. You merit this mercy by loving the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul; and treating others as you would want them to treat you.

You may ask, "How about those who never heard about or do not accept The Way?" The Akashic, through Edgar Cayce, says:

 Aid others to walk circumspectly, and not to confuse or disturb any in that in which they are satisfied, or in that which for them constitutes righteousness or sin.                                                              (262-14)

Guardian angels pave and grade the path to attunement with the Creative Forces for health, spiritual nourishment, life etc.. 

Archangels are obviously higher than angels. They are responsible for specific tasks. For instance, during Lucifer's uprising, Archangel Halaliel's court was the major battleground. He fought off Satan's lieutenant Ariel. The same Ariel was in the fore front of the negative energies that tempted Adam beyond his control.

Another archangel of note is Gabriel. He is main responsibility is to announce to the physical plane keynote decisions from the spirit realm. An important but not much heralded archangel is Michael. He is the Lord of the Way. Not The Way. He guards, guides and protects those who seek The Way. He is a no nonsense entity!

There are masters in the spirit realm too. They are part of the interaction medium. Like angels and archangels, they have never experienced physical consciousness.  Nevertheless, during the creation process they had much impact. As Christ said: 

In my Father's house are many mansions

Reference to Christ as the Master of masters is in the sense of masters of the spirit realm. In my understanding, man cannot ordain or bequeath such titles. There are many mansions but only one Way to the Father.

There we have it. Angels, archangels and masters of the spirit realm. Knowledge not applied is as good as the ones not acquired. The essence of this post is to put you on notice on what forces are available for contact and assistance while seeking the Light.
